Answers: This is outrageous! I give up smoking five and a partially years ago minus any form of nictotine analysis or other sort of comfort. Why should populace be rewarded to stop doing something dicey to their form and costly to the administration.
Perhaps the political affairs should fine them for smoking instead. Hit the smokers pockets not the taxpayers.
