Period Pain - How To Get Rid Of Lower Back Pain Naturally?
So basically on the first few days of my period cycle I always catch really bad lower back pain - to the extreme where on earth it is too painful to sit down. Is there any way of getting rid of final pain naturally? I hate tablets...

Best Answer: I usually try to maintain my feet warm, and perhaps use a hot river bottle or cushion against my back. it also helps to keep moving, and avoid sitting down (although a fatboy is really biddable to sit on)
