-panicing-This have never happen formerly, what's stirring to me?
Ok, I'm 16, and have been having my term for 4 years now.
Recently I thought I was suppose to have my time. Actually that was about a week ago. And it hasn't come yet?! I know I'm not pregnant (Still a virgin and there's no possible agency that semen could get to anything that could get- down there)
I have been losing counterweight a tiny bit more lately, but I have been more active than I usually am, and I'm drinking healthier than before.
Just after my last spell I flew out to utah with my family and we also took a small trip to yellowstone (this is for the fact that I be around such a highly active volcano and at a higher elevation than usual. I haven't be out to Utah in probably 5 or 6 years)
I also recently (actually right before I reflect I was suppose to have my period) went to a generous convention in Boston where I didn't eat as recurrently as I usually do and I stayed up a lot later as well. (one of those "energized by great pleasure and feeling in place-ness" kind of weekends)
^I hope this isn't useless information, though I get the impression it may help explain some things that I don't understand at the moment.
What's happening, why is it up, how can I fix it (if I can) and should I be worried?
Best Answer: don't worry it's okay periods can go rotten cycle for many reasons like stress, diet and exercises etc.. mine change every once in a while after awhile it should go back to usual not much you can do to fix it it's just your body getting use to the changes in your duration

I'm 15 and i can relate to your problem! My period is sometimes regular, but every now and then it get real irregular, so I never know when to expect it. I think you're perfectly fine. I enjoy noticed that my period becomes irregular when I own a change in diet and exercise. This is probably your case as very well, so don't worry! I just recently get mine after 2 or 3 months! :)
