How can I alleviate my fears of seeing the gyno?
I have never been and I am terrified
I hold a very sensitive *area* and am so so scared, it makes me cry. I hold my 1st appt next month. Will you help me to know what to expect and how to ease my fears? Thank you so much within advance.

Best Answer: If your gyno is a female, cancel the appointment and return with a male. Females have to get it done themselves, so they basically do it. A male wants to treat the patient near care and goes about it right. He will meander you through it every step of the way and be very gentle.

dont worry roughly it i mean everyones scared and youre probably more embarrassed close to i was. but just think they see girls every single daylight and they know what their doing! tell them your scared and they will walk you through it. dont verbs girl better to know then not know and let it get out of mitt. good luck and relax! <3
