breakfast- 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a cup of milk in it and blueberries in it. lunch- apple near 2 tablespoons of peanutbutter & an orange. 4th period my friken friend had this chocolate chocolate chip cookie homeaid and i have like almost half of it =( dinner- progresso vegetable classics lentil- 1 cup of that & an orange. am i screwed make happen of the cookie cause yesterday i also had liek a couple squirts of whipt cream but anyways did i eat okay im a lacto-vegetarian by the way. people are telling me its not ample but trust me its more than usaual im eating way better i used to starve myself the past 4 monthes by the mode ive lost my period for like almost 5 months, will it come back presently that im eating normal again?
Best Answer: breckfast is good lunch is not plenty u need a carbohydrate for added fiber...for lunch while keeping it low cal try 10whole grain crakers(medium size) an apple rasins and some cheese 4 with the crakers.its almost sounding close to u have a problem again...if u dont get it back walk see a doctor!
