However, it doesnt for me.lucky for me, i dont attain cramps when i am on my period...i just get a doomed to failure headache. but i know this girl who has it REALLY bad and sometimes she has to skip institution because her mood changes and it sometimes is violent...haha hopefully that doesnt happen to you! haha...but yea it adjectives depends on the person! hope i helped!
