Best Answer: Nope. Unfortunately they don't. when you give birth you have about an 80% casual of "tearing." Basically meaning your vagina cavity rips between the vagina and the butt hole. Not pleasant. Its really hard to come final from that. There are surgeries that can fix that, or some women swear by Kegel (sp?) excercises. Plus, after your first pregnancy, your body never really goes back to complete normal. Your pelvis and legs are (negligible) still pushed out somewhat giving your body the appearance of wider hips. Lots of things changeover during pregnancy. The older you are, the more you are able to see it and have diffculty going put a bet on to normal.
