Help? Rectal Bleeding?
I was wondering if I could get some opinions on this. Since January whenever I have a bowel movement it hurt to sit for hours sometimes a day or more and there was a dull painful pain in my bottom. But then contained by April it stopped hurting every time. Sometimes there is a little blood, like a tiny amount of blood at consequently end, just on the outside of the waste, not inside or anything and it's singular there sometimes. It doesn't hurt any more and the blood is only there if it is a more or less solid movement. Help? What could it be?
Best Answer: Almost certainly haemorrhoid blood from bleeding piles. I would suggest that you look at your diet with regard to roughage etc to try and prevent have to strain on the loo as this exacerbates piles no end. Also, try some haemorrhoid ointment or preferably suppositories, just a short course to see if the throbbing and blood on faeces clears up. If it doesn't, then a doctors opinion would be wise. But even near self-help treatment, you need to look at your diet to prevent constipation and hard stools.

If you are sitting there and straining to shift to the bathroom you are constipated and need to eat more fiber and drink more water. Sounds close to you could have hemorrhoids. Or you could have an anal fissure(small tear). You should have a Dr. check it out simply to make sure.Related Questions...
