How Can Increase the Size of My Arms?

The premise: I'm a petite Asian female with a tiny frame. I also have a speedily metabolism. I'm ok with everything about my body EXCEPT my arms. They look like noodles! Super worrisome thin and unhealthy looking. I'm not anorexic either! I love food and devour regularly for a girl my size. I've tried lifting weights, but haven't seen much improvement. What types of other exercise can I do (or food I should eat) to buff up my arms?? I don't want crazy muscular guns, but decent, toned arms that don't enjoy people saying, "OMG your arms are stick thin!" anymore.
