GIRLS ONLY: Skipping my term?
I made my school's dance team and then I'm departing for the beach. Sometime in these two events, I am due to start my period. I don't wanna be miserable at military camp cause I really need to focus, and I wanna be able to only just be free at the beach. I really don't wanna tell my mom I need to start birth control, and I really have need of to skip my period! Any other ways? Or how to tell my mom?

If you feel mortified about talking about birth control near your mom, maybe you could talk to another trusted woman figure who will achieve some pills for you. 2. When you get your PMS syntomns, take some asprin to help near headaches. Also a heating pad will assist with the cramps. 3. If you get your period while at the shoreline, wear a tampon with a panti liner as some back up. 4. NEVER ever let your time of year stop you from having an amazing time on vacation (beach). 5. Because you have an involved lifestyle with dance, tampons are great. Try to get the smallest applicator if you haven't used them until that time, and if it hurts when its in, it isn't in your vagina all the process. take it out and do it again. hope you have an awesome time and have fun!! hope this help!
