Losing solidity by walking?

Hi, ok so i dont bore you all im gonna just ask a few questions and state down some fast facts! I am 18 years old and i live in the UK. I left academy in 2006 and basically since then adjectives i have done is sat around the house, literally. I hardly depart from the house, sometimes at weekends to ogo shopping with my mum but thats it seriously. Over the past few years ive gained counterbalance, not so surprisingly and i now weight just over 15stones. I am a size 18 (uk) and nearly 5ft 8. If i were to start exercising daily (leaving the house and walking for about an hour during the day) and I don`t know lifting some weights in the evening while watching soaps (lol) would imlose weight? Does anyone know how much? And how fast? I enjoy a meduim sized frame so i would look awful a size eight, even though that would be amazing! And i am a classic hourglass shape as my hips are a little wide with a tiny waist :) Thank you for your tips! x P.s i guzzle healithy mostly its just exercise i do not do :)
Best Answer: Yeah, you would probably slim down if you start doing that each day. I don't know anything in the region of stones but in pounds a healthy weight loss is nearly a pound or two each week, maybe a little more than that the first week or so you start because you lose hose weight first.
