HELP: i want to look hot subsequent year!?

I want to focus on getting a super flat stomach, getting rid of some thigh weight and an inch or two on my waist with in the summer time off. I want to go back to school the subsequent year looking hot, and fitting into my old jeans ( 1 size smaller than what i am now). How can i do this most effectively by september? i want to fit back into my size ONE jeans so no one say-so i am fat because im not, i just wanna lose a lil bit of extra weight!
Best Answer: Haha we enjoy the same goal! I am a size 1-2 and I just want to lose some mass on my thighs and arms :). I'm pretty much just running, laps around the pool, and some strength training with my elder brother. But for the hot thing, try some new makeup, a new mane cut (get a trim now so u can grow your hair out without have split ends for the school year) and the working out thing :) Good luck

how about you stop ingestion so much and get off your ass and exercise! Plus only one size below the size your wearing presently is not that much so i would suggest if you want to lose a lot of wait to have your gal set to 3 to 4 sizes below what you r wearing in a minute!

are you crazy, if your a size 2 then you don't need to lose anything. you need to gain, your bony. put some muscle on them bones. no mater how small you get ur going to be just fat over bones near little to no muscle. that looks..deprived. and its unhealthy. those studies of obese people dont tell you that they also include the exceedingly skinny people with mostly fat..the ratio of rotund to muscle, so even sknny people can be fat
