Alright so I started my period on saturday and then it kinda stopped. And then today it started hindmost up again kinda heavy. I've been stressing out alot lately would that have anything to do beside it?

I agree, it is probably caused by stress. If you're not on birth control I suggest going on it even if you are not sexually active. It definitely wont cure your stress but it is a great means of access to regulate your periods!
