Okay, I am 14 and I was putting some cream on because I have eczema. Anyway I happened to find that I enjoy a big brown spot on my vagina! I don't know what it is but it looks a bit like a mole. I am really worried, I don't think this has ever be there before now. Does anybody know what this could be?
