Why am I suddenly depressed?
ok so i'm 12 and i suddenly feel all lonely and sad and kinda depressed and i sometimes bring back pist easily and i cry easily too and it wasn't like this second year. is it just hormones or something?
Best Answer: It could be a hormone thing. You are at the age when your body is changing and hormones are a big cut of that. My best advice would be to talk to your mum about it and also keep hold of up an activity/sport that you like and keep active. Remember also this may be nature way of the beginning of your womanhood but it is not the end of your girlhood so delight in your friends (they are or will be going through the same now or soon.) Keep a diary/journal and every day write how you perceive but ALWAYS include a column/space to write 5 things I am thankful for and 5 good/positive things that happened in any time (even if you have a bad day, you can find apposite stuff...'my dog was happy to see me', 'I rearranged by room and it looks nice', 'I have a nice hot shower'. etc.
