On my spell, Is this bloating?!!? PLEASE HELP!!?

Well I am only about 14 and i am on my 4th ever period. My stomach feel weird like i am full kinda, also my stomach is grumbling a lot. I am not hungry and when I ate i still feel bloated. What is this? I have had it for 4 days! It has gotten a bit better but is it run of the mill for me to have it for 4 days? I also think ill hold it tomorrow!
Best Answer: well with this i usually feel resembling cr*p, so i usually take 2 advils and put heat on my stomach like a heat pad or a hot water bottle. this may get rid of that, but im not for sure. if so travel to the store and buy one of those pills for your period..medol i think? i've never taken them but i've heard they work, thats what my friend uses. laters
