Left tampon contained by for 8 hours- should i be worried?
I don't know if any of this is relevant, but just in case:
- I am 14 years antiquated and have only had my length a couple times
- Tampon was a Super Playtex Sport
- Tampon was full... major leak, blood all over underwear
I am really freaking out right now, so please help me.
Also, I own another question about tampons. Well, since obviously regulars could not hold my flow, I moved on to Super, which STILL couldn't hold it. As if it isn't scratchy enough to take tampons out, taking out a super was unbelievably painful. So I'd like to avoid using Supers when I don't need them, and avoid wearing pad at all times in case of escape. My question is: How do I know when I should wear what? I'd like to wear minimal amounts of pads and tampons, but I own leaked almost every time I wear tampons. Any other guidance would be great, I'm sort of new to this!
More details... Well, I have tried wearing a tampon and pantiliner... it still go through. But how do I know when the tampon is full without going to the bathroom to check it every 5 minutes??
Best Answer: They have multi-packs of tampons. Regular for light days, super for unwieldy. What I would suggest is using a tampon with a pantiliner (they're not uncomfortable like pad and they're very thin and unnoticeable). You won't have to verbs about leakage or use the super tampons more than necessary. Try to transfer your tampon sooner than 8 hours- that's pushing it. If possible, go for 3 hours. If you feel "full" down there or pressure, particularly change it. Don't freak out. You're fine. This is one of those hassles every woman goes through. * surrounded by response to your additional info- you should feel pressure. But if you don't, just be paid sure you change every 3 hours. If you still leak through, cut back to every two hours.
Answer: no..dont be worried..ive done it beforehand br>
No, you should be fine. As long as you don't have the symptoms of TSS such as dizziness, nausea, fatigue, etc. As for your other question, if your flow is highly heavy like that, a super tampon may be your only choice. On lighter days (like fundamental the end of your period), you can use regular or even slim tampons. Another option would be to wear a regular tampon with a wad, but you'd have to change the tampon every couple of hours if your flows is really heavy.
well shock syndrome is a possibility if you do this repeatedly what I would recommend is to wear 2 or three tampons a day and then a pad at darkness if the flow is heavy then wear a panty liner it wont kill you
