Best Answer: Feet can get gross if hot and sweaty - especially if cheap shoes (i.e. synthetic materials) and no socks. This can also lead to stinky feet and shoes I recommend wearing stocking socks - you can procure little 'footie' socks which prevent heat and sweat building up (and hence, your toe jam) and can be worn under ballet slipper style shoes and other flats. if this doesnt fix your problem after it may be a medical thing.
