Answer: the actual blood flow out of our vag does not hurt. but we do get cramps and head aches and sh*t.
The flow of the blood and everything does not hurt at adjectives, you can't even feel it unless you stand up quickly. But what does hurt is the cramps, headaches, migraines, and other throbbing. Mostly your period is just another thing to verbs about and another thing you have to matter with. Be happy you don't have it:)
