low vitamin D ..? why?
Ive had a lot of problems with my bones aching/ sentiment warn out e.c.t and after a year ive finally found out i have low vitamin D they doctor said it was nearly 42 ..what the average?
ive had varying from kidney scans to more blood test to try find what cause it but that cant seem to find any thing any ideas what it could be ?

Best Answer: ah well try to get vitamin tablets it happen trust me geez people say i look very sick and ashy ,but in fact i get adequate of all vitamins and minerals its just at times our bodies leave out some vitamins and we own to take them in tablet form
