I peed standing facing urinal, beside panties bad, I peed right into urinal and when done I simply put on panties and disappeared restroom. I be not drunk, and I have to stir fruitless and women's restroom be locked and men's not locked. It be straightforward beside dress/skirt over pant to do so!
