Help girls next to exercise..?
i obligation an exercise routin(sp) that WILL NOT get hold of rid of my female lumps cuz i love them but i own hear those are the two things that travel first...?lend a hand?
Answers: i might of late be aphorism this because im a runner myself, but you should seriously consider running/jogging.
it releases SO frequent endorphins, so after you run, it almost straight improve your mood. [thats what they be a sign of by a "runner's high"].
and also, you DEFINITELY hold on to the woman lumps! lol. it actaully make your butt look better because you use those muscles [and the ones surrounded by your thighs] to shift up hill and run within sand. so thats absolutely something that the guys similar to. lol
and as for the upper woman lumps, i dont really muse it does much. but if youre going to run and are bigger on top, of late PLEASE bring in sure you capture a righteous supportive bra made specifically for jog. otherwise, its going to hurt...
but you also take a nice flat stomach too! and if you hold the right genes, it can be really unforced to find some nice looking upper abs going.
i guess do more abdominal work outs. sit ups crunches. and that bicycle article you do on the ground. and walking. waddle your dog for a long amble (if you enjoy one)
