I've be feeling nauseous for a integral week?

On Monday I started impression really seasick, it's really desperate surrounded by the mornings and the evenings but I can put it out of my mind during the sunshine. I've not be sick but it's not getting any better.

Any philosophy of what it could be/what I should do?
