Lumps surrounded by breast?

Ok, so I enjoy these similar to, lumps, surrounded by my breasts, but they are equal size and one within respectively, and I am pretty sure its normals, because I'm still growing, and I first get them when I started puberty, and they've gotten bigger since, as my breasts hold developed. And they hurt when I bump into something.

Using a tampon..help ladies?
