Period, bleak cramps?
I enjoy really impossible cramps, and I'm bloated and tired. Any ways to back the cramps walk away? I took 2 midol but it doesnt oblige. Ad I'm so bloated I'm humiliated.

For cramps: bananas work VERY very well. I ruminate it have something to do beside the potassium surrounded by it. i clutch 2 ibprofin. it works really capably and really prompt. yeah...midol doesn't comfort. i hope you grain better.
use a heat wipe, and excersice, clutch ibeprofin!! it works!!!!!!!
