What herbs hold you taken and found useful to ~~increase milk supply~~?
I go stern to work a few weeks ago and (still breastfeeding exclusively no formula) and it seem similar to my supply is decreeasing. I'm doing some research and found out more or less some herb similar to fenugreek. I'm curious to hear what other moms enjoy to speak nearly increasing supply!!
