Why do i get such bad cramps?

my cramps arent as doomed to failure as most people's. they're so much worse. some months, especially during summer time, i throw up while have cramps and i enjoy an upset stomach. and medicane never seem to work. i've tried several types of medicanes such as ibprofine, tylonal, asprin and a few others they basically dont work.
