i notice i hold a horrible sleep agenda. i've be really stressed and stuff for nearly a year. i havn't be drinking dutiful or anything. it other seem to gross me out almost...approaching i feel to tired to operation near anything even ingestion. lately adjectives i want to do is sleep and i surface similar to im going insane. i merely want to surface better. will getting on a honest sleep programme serve me greatly?
i worked 3 days surrounded by a row and i be so tired that i be so sensitive. i a moment ago feel so strange. and even after sleeping somewhat accurate the third light of day i still feel so grotesque. what is wrong beside me. because im so anxious and depressed will sleep abet that jump away? i've be drinking somewhat better. im on my time of year so thats not helping. i in recent times dont know what to do anymore. i discern close to i imagine roughly things wayyy too much and drive myself crazy. im tired presently...im going to return with to bed around 11 and only sleep and seize up nearer and see what happen. im going to bring in an appt for the docs too.
